TrustConsult Group is a mid-sized, dedicated Trust House from Luxembourg. We are active in cross-border Corporate and Tax Structuring, with an international presence in several key jurisdictions including Brussels, Geneva, Hong-Kong, Shanghai and Istanbul.

We establish and manage regulated and non-regulated entities, on behalf of individuals and corporate groups.

Mantaray for Fiduciaries

Thanks to Mantaray, we can manage all existing customer information and resources in a centralized way and automate repetitive tasks such as document scans, compliance, billing and time management.

Challenge

Increase of productivity by centralizing data.

The challenge was to gather all of the elements related to customers in a general, accounting, legal and administrative point of view. We had all this information in (paper) folders and Excel files. The information was dispersed and therefore not accessible by all the resources simultaneously. This didn't allow a fairly dynamic exchange.

Results

We increased our productivity significantly and we satisfy the needs of our corporate clients better, using complete contact files. Thanks to Mantaray, we've also evolved towards an automatic system of attribution and follow-up of the tasks carried out by our collaborators.
